Regional Mediation Pilot Scheme Launched

Following their response to the Resolving Workplace Disputes consultation in November last year, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) have announced a pilot scheme for two regional mediation networks for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
