MoJ to Launch Civil Mediation Online Directory

A new Civil Mediation Online Directory will replace the National Mediation Helpline from 1 October. The public and businesses will be able to find a civil mediator and can refer all parties to: www.civilmediation.justice.gov.uk.

The directory provides a list of CMC accredited civil mediation providers by county. All the providers employ local, professional and experienced mediators.

The directory will provide members of the public and businesses with a simple low-cost method of resolving a wide range of civil disputes out of court.

The link to the Directory will be up and running from 1st October 2011.
