Members
The Civil Mediation Council is an unincorporated association of Members established in April 2003 by the United Kingdom’s mediation providers, independent mediators, leading academic, legal professional bodies and government departments following a year of planning.

Important Note on Membership

The CMC does not publish a list of individual members, although this policy is under review.  Membership of the CMC, as distinct from Accreditation as a Provider organisation, does not imply or infer any particular skill, standard, or assessment of the individual or group.  There is no professional qualification of "Member of the CMC" or similar and the Civil Mediation Council does not encourage or endorse the use of membership for any commercial or qualitative purpose.
